Steel Body Workout of the Day

Todays workout focuses on fast pace, body weight exercises. It is a full body workout that should last around 45-50 minutes. This workout is great for losing weight and timing your muscles. Toe touches
- 15 seconds
Groin stretch
- 15 seconds
Quadricep stretch
- 15 seconds
Calve stretch
- 15 seconds
Tricep stretch

Shoulder stretch
- 15 seconds
Pectoral stretch
- 15 seconds

ABDOMINAL EXERCISES

Plank
- 45-60 seconds
Crunches
- 50 reps
Flutter kicks
- 50 reps
Side plank
- 30-45 seconds
Side crunches 
- 25-45 reps

UPPER BODY

Normal stance push-ups
- 10-15 reps
Close stance push-ups
- 10-15 reps
Wide stance push-ups
- 10-15 reps
Repeat 3X

LOWER BODY

Squats
- 20-25 reps
Lunges
-20-30 reps
Wall sits
30-45 seconds
Calve raises
30-40 reps
Repeat 3X
